We want you to feel confident ordering from Craft Favour. Because many of our products are personalised or made specifically for each customer, please read the information below before ordering.
Personalised and made-to-order products
Personalised products are created to your requested specification. Where an item has been correctly made to your approved personalisation, it may not be eligible for cancellation or return in the same way as a standard non-personalised item.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not match the specification you provided, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant so we can investigate and put things right.
Before ordering
- Check names, dates, spellings and other personalisation carefully.
- Check the product description, size and quantity.
- Allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
